An automatic condiments jar filling machine and conveyor incorporated into a turnkey production line. This included a rotary in-feed table, jar washer, filling machine with PLC control, guarded fill area with double access interlock doors, capping machine, metal detection, labeller and out-feed table.

The multi-head filling machine and bespoke production line was managed as a turnkey project by Riggs Autopack for a UK producer of chutney, relish, pickles, preserves, mayonnaise and sauces to accurately fill various sizes of glass jars.
