An automatic sauce depositor designed to accurately deposit chive cream sauce on dry salads on a tray sealing conveyor. Designed with a 150 litre hopper with "trouser leg" design to aid product flow, PLC control, and  a bespoke cut-off nozzle assembly mounted on a free standing mobile frame.
