Sales & After Sales Support


We employ an internal sales team based at our Lancashire factory to help with the customer's initial enquiry. We also employ a team of Technical Sales Engineers covering the UK that provide on-site surveys, technical advice / consultation service and formal quotation. Our Technical Sales Engineers will also conduct no-obligation machine trials at the customer's premises or here at the factory. This is to ensure the machine that we will ultimately supply will meet the customer's specific production requirements.


Delivery, Installation & Commissioning

Once your ordered machine has been manufactured and is ready for dispatch, Riggs Autopack service engineers will deliver, install and fully commission the machine at your premises at a mutually agreed time and date. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday, weekend delivery and installation is available upon request at an extra charge.

During machine installation, a Riggs Autopack service engineer will provide on-site staff training in all aspects of the equipment. This service is provided as part of the purchased package. Additional staff training can be arranged upon request. 


Service Support

Riggs Autopack depositors and filling machinery are exceptionally reliable and built to an extremely high standard. With the appropriate annual servicing and maintenance, our machines are designed to provide decades of outstanding performance. Riggs Autopack service engineers provide comprehensive on-site support for customers based in the UK and Republic of Ireland. This includes staff training, annual maintenance agreements and engineer call-out.

Spare Parts Supply

As we manufacture all our depositors and filling machinery in-house at our Lancashire factory, we also manufacture all components to stock. This means our stores department holds a complement of spare parts for our full machine range, thus meaning we are able to dispatch at short notice to both national and international customers.
