New Appointment - Technical Sales (Peter Nutter)- August 01st 2019

Riggs Autopack is pleased to announce that following the recent retirement of Kim David, Pete Nutter has joined Riggs Autopack to take up the position of Technical Sales Engineer.

Pete will take over new machine sales for a territory previously managed by Kim and will be responsible for Wales, West Midlands and South-West England. He will be servicing a large existing customer base and also providing depositor and filling machine solutions to potential new food manufacturers.

Pete has an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Integrated Systems. He started his engineering career as an "apprentice" toolmaker, subsequently progressing to toolmaker for a total of 9 years; thereafter, he moved into design engineering for 10 years.

His most recent roles have been in technical sales; where he's been working for the last 5 years. In his sales career, Pete has been selling instrumentation, factory automation systems and latterly labelling machinery; he also has experience of selling equipment into the food industry and associated quality critical environments such as pharmaceuticals.
