Our Model 1003 range of servo depositors are bespoke designed and built to meet each client's production needs. We can provide full servo control or back-stop only for our range of single and multi-pump depositors, either as a stand alone unit or as part of an automatic conveyor filling line.

Pre-set recipe control via HMI to automatically set speed and weight.
Greater control on fine increment adjustment to weight and speed during operation.
Complete control over stroke action to maximise throughputs per product.
Data extraction via USB for performance and downtime.
Automatic feedback adjustment to weights from a check weigh (*bear in mind there may be some distance between the check weigh and the depositor – not instant feedback and not pump specific alterations).
